On this course you will learn a set of Yoga postures(asanas) and all the health benefits that go with every asana.
You will also learn how to integrate an Ayurvedic routine into your life. The course consists of 16 lessons run over two Saturdays and two Sundays The cost is tba. per lesson payable over two months. A light optional lunch will be available for tba. each day

Yoga also improves, flexibility, strength and stamina, boosts self esteem, improves concentration and creativity, reduces fat, improves circulation, stimulates the immune system and creates a sense of well being and calm.
